Child Safety Standards

Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) · Effective date: 19 July 2026

Magic Moments is operated by rockNdevel GmbH. This page sets out our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We have zero tolerance for CSAE. These standards apply to every part of the Magic Moments service — profiles, photos, videos, voice Whispers, chat messages, and events.

1. Magic Moments Is an Adults-Only (18+) Service

• Magic Moments is available only to adults aged 18 or older.
• Date of birth is collected at sign-up and accounts that do not meet the 18+ requirement are not created.
• We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to hold an account. If we learn that an account holder is a minor, we terminate the account and delete the associated data.
• Users may optionally complete selfie-based verification, which helps us confirm that a profile belongs to the real person shown in it.

2. Prohibited Conduct and Content

The following are strictly prohibited on Magic Moments and result in immediate account termination:

• Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format — image, video, audio, or text.
• Sexualizing, or engaging in any sexual conduct or communication with, a person under 18.
• Grooming, luring, or otherwise attempting to establish contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sextortion, or threatening to distribute intimate imagery of a minor.
• Trafficking a minor, or advertising, soliciting, or facilitating any such activity.
• Impersonating a minor, or presenting oneself as a minor in a sexual context.
• Using Magic Moments to direct users to off-platform CSAE material or services.

These prohibitions are also part of our Terms of Use, which every user accepts on sign-up.

3. Reporting CSAE

In the app: every user profile, chat, and Whisper includes a report option. Users can report a profile or message directly from the screen where they encounter it, and can block the other user at the same time. Reports that concern child safety are treated as our highest priority and are escalated immediately.

By email: anyone — including people who do not use Magic Moments — can report suspected CSAE to office@rockndevel.com. Please include the profile name or user identifier, what you observed, and when, so we can act quickly.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

4. How We Respond

• Reports involving CSAE are prioritized and reviewed as quickly as possible by our moderation team.
• Where a report is substantiated, we remove the content, terminate the account, and take reasonable measures to prevent the person from re-registering.
• We preserve relevant evidence and account records as required for law-enforcement referral.
• We report apparent CSAM and CSAE to the competent law-enforcement authorities in Austria and, where relevant, elsewhere in the European Union, in line with applicable law.
• We cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement investigating child sexual abuse and exploitation.

5. Legal Compliance

We comply with applicable CSAE laws in the jurisdictions where Magic Moments is available. This includes Austrian criminal law provisions on the sexual abuse and exploitation of minors, EU Directive 2011/93/EU on combating the sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children and child pornography, the EU Digital Services Act, and — where applicable to us — reporting obligations under the laws of other jurisdictions in which we operate. We also comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Store guidelines on child safety.
